- Our aim is to deal with your order quickly and efficiently. As soon as we receive your order we will contact you to arrange delivery. We aim to work on a 48 hour delivery from stocked items (please allow 4/5 working days for some Cosatto furniture items eg. wardrobes and changing units) but if you wish to delay delivery for any reason, then this will be no problem; just let us know before we despatch.
Carriage charge: Free delivery for orders over £75.00.
Under £75.00 there is a carriage charge of £5.00.
All prices quoted include VAT.
From the time you place the order to the time you receive the goods we will keep you up to date by email or telephone. If you need to telephone us we can be contacted on 01905 640990. Orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Please check the boxes carefully before signing. If a box is damaged, please note the box is damaged on the docket when signing. Shortages and damage should be reported to us within 48 hours. Our carriers deliver between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday although they can deliver outside these times during busy periods. Prior to dispatch wherever possible we will e-mail you your consignment no. and all the details you need to track your order or alternatively you will be contacted by the carrier direct with updates. Please note if you refuse your delivery or if the carrier calls on three occasions and you are not available, you will be required to pay any additional carriage charges. - Orders to be Collected
- When you have placed an order to be collected, we will contact you to confirm that the goods are reserved for you.
- Shop opening times
- Our shop is open to callers Friday and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm. Other times by appointment please. There is a location map on the "about us" page of our website
- Cancellations/Changes to order
- You can cancel your order at anytime prior to dispatch. Refunds will be made within 24 hours. You can also make changes to your order. However you are unable to cancel once your order has been dispatched. Please see Order/Delivery Section and Returns.
- Returns & Replacements
- (Distance Selling Act – Does not include items purchased from our premises). We hope you are happy with the goods you have purchased but If you are unhappy you may return them for a refund within 7 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. Goods should be in an unused resaleable condition, with their original packaging. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. The above excludes mattresses and bespoke items. Some goods will be subject to a restocking charge. Please contact us for details. Self assembly furniture cannot be refunded if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. When returning items please tape an envelope to the outside of the packaging, containing your name, address and order number or receipt number. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods subject to verification. Prior to returning unwanted goods please call us on 01905 640990 so that we may expect them.
- Faults/Guarantees
- If you are experiencing a problem with any product you have purchased we will endeavour to deal with it as speedily as possible. Please telephone us on 01905 640990. We hope the following will be of help. If a fault develops on an item you have purchased within the first 28 days of receipt, we will give you a replacement or refund following verification. No collection/carriage fees will be charged. If a fault should develop after 28 days but within the guarantee period (6 months unless otherwise stated), we will send out spare parts free of charge wherever possible. The item may need to be returned to our Service Centre for repair/inspection. If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, a repair/replacement will be carried out/sent out free of charge. If a product is damaged due to accident or misuse we will quote for repairs on receipt of the goods at our Service Centre. Please note you will also be charged for any carriage costs incurred. - Out of Guarantee
- For items which develop faults outside the guarantee period, we will be pleased to quote for repairs.

- All specifications given are intended as a guide and are approximate. Representations of colours are approximate, only due to the limitations of photographic and printing processes. While every effort has been taken to ensure accuracy, we cannot accept responsibility for omissions or errors.
